He was born in the house of veteran actor Shakti Kapoor and Bollywood actress and singer Shivangi Kapoor. Actor Siddhanta Kapoor is his brother. She is the niece of famous actress Tejaswini Kolhapur and Padmini Kolhapur and renowned producer Tutu Sharma.
Film Career
Shraddha Kapoor started her acting career in 2010 with the hit film Teen Patti. He then gained wide recognition as a singer in his romantic film Aashiqui 2 (2013). The movie became very popular, for which she was nominated for a Filmfare Award for Best Actress. This was his first commercially successful project. He has received positive reviews from almost all film critics and his chemistry with Aditya Roy Kapoor has become a point of discussion in Tinsel City. In addition to starring in his next project, One Villain, he made his debut with the hit song “Gallian.” Since then, he has sung in almost all his films.
